PAYMENT

For clients from RU: Telegram Stars or via an intermediaryOther methods (transfer to Ukrainian card, crypto) are discussed individuallyPayment Terms:
ㅤ50% prepayment before work begins, remaining 50% after sketch approval (before rendering starts).
ㅤ100% prepayment is also available.
ㅤNo holds or reservations.⚠️ Platform fees when purchasing Telegram Stars are covered by the client.⚠️ USD orders always take priority over non-USD orders (prizes, giveaways, etc.).
ㅤㅤREFUND POLICY
For PayPal / Ko-fi:
ㅤBefore work begins: 100% refund.
ㅤAt the sketch stage (before approval): 50% refund available.
ㅤAfter sketch approval / during rendering: No refunds (0%).Telegram Stars / TON / Crypto / Intermediaries:
Due to platform commissions and technical withdrawal difficulties, refunds through these systems are not available. All sales are final.Force Majeure (My Side):If I am unable to start or finish the work due to personal circumstances — 100% refund at any stage.
WORK PROCESS & REVISIONSㅤRevisions are free during the sketch stage.
After rendering begins, revisions become paid — starting from $5 (depending on complexity).ㅤMajor changes after sketch approval (new pose, new idea, major concept or design changes) require additional payment.ㅤWIPs (Work in Progress updates) are sent as needed or upon your request.
ㅤㅤㅤㅤDEADLINES
ㅤCompletion time depends on the complexity of the work and current workload.ㅤOn average, it takes from 1 week to 2 months. Exact deadlines are always discussed individually before work begins.ㅤㅤㅤㅤFINAL FILES
ㅤThe completed work is sent only after 100% payment.ㅤYou will receive a high-resolution file in PNG / JPG format.
PRIVACY & USAGE RIGHTS
The work is intended for personal use only (unless otherwise agreed).Prohibited:
ㅤUsing the work for commercial purposes without prior agreement.
ㅤReselling the work.
ㅤUsing it for NFTs.
ㅤUsing it for AI training, generative services, datasets, or any other AI-related purposes.My Rights:
ㅤI have the right to publish the work in my portfolio and social media.
ㅤUse it to promote my services.⚠️ Private commission (no public posting) — +30% to the total price. If your order is private or under NDA, you must notify me before work begins.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
The client must provide a clear and detailed brief/reference (visual references, text description, examples).I am not responsible for mismatched expectations if the request was too vague.Please avoid phrases like "do whatever you think looks good" if you have a specific vision for the result.
