By ordering a commission from me, you automatically agree to the terms below.
Please read everything before placing your order.(I reserve the right to decline any commission request without explanation.)
Payment | Workflow and revisions
ㅤI currently accept:
Private commission / no posting — +30%
PayPal, Ko-fi, Telegram Stars
Other payment options
(such as local card transfer, crypto, etc.) can be discussed individually.ㅤFor clients from Russia, payment is possible via Telegram Stars or through a middleman.
If you pay through Telegram Stars, platform fees are covered by the client.
Payment terms
ㅤ50% upfront before I start working | 50% before I send the final file
I will always prioritize USD commissions over non-USD commissions (such as raffle prizes etc).
Full prepayment is also welcome
No holds / reservations
That means the final total will be higher than the base commission price and calculated separately.
ㅤㅤRevisions are free during the sketch stage
Once rendering has started, revisions become paid — starting at $2
Major changes after sketch approval (such as a new pose, new idea, major concept changes, or redesigns) may require an extra fee
ㅤI can send WIPs / progress updates when needed or upon request
ㅤ
ㅤㅤRefund policy:
Refunds are only possible if I haven’t started working on the commission yet.Once I’ve started the piece, including the sketch stage,
refunds are no longer available.
Turnaround time | Final delivery
Turnaround depends on the commission’s complexity and my current workload.Most commissions take at least 1 week, but the exact timeline is always discussed individually. (usually from 1 weeks to 2 months)
If you need the piece done quickly, please mention that in advance.
The final artwork will only be sent after full payment is completed.You will receive the file in high quality as:PNG | JPG
Usage rights
ㅤㅤThe artwork is for personal use only.ㅤㅤYou may not:
use the artwork commercially without prior agreement
resell the artwork
use it for NFTs
use it for AI training, generative tools, datasets, or any other AI-related purposes

ㅤㅤI retain the right to:
post the artwork in my portfolio and on social media
use it to promote my work
If your commission is private, under NDA, or should not be posted publicly,
you must tell me before I start the commission.
Client responsibility
The client is responsible for providing a clear and detailed brief.I’m not responsible for mismatched expectations if the request was vague or unclear.Please don’t send things like
“just do whatever looks nice”
if you actually have something specific in mind.A clear brief helps me deliver exactly what you want and keeps unnecessary revisions to a minimum.
Communication
Main communication is through Telegram / Discord.I may not reply instantly, but I do not disappear without notice.
